| Each municipal area at a major Palestinian city would be developed around a transit boulevard linking the historic core to the new station area some distance away via an advanced form of bus rapid transit. This would focus new economic and residential development along the boulevards preserving open space for parkland and agriculture thus encouraging a more sustainable growth. |
