The Hollywood & Vine Master Plan is a proposal to organize this 14-block area as a live theater and entertainment business district. The plan includes the creation of a transit plaza at the subway portal, reorganization of the street grid, new district parking structures, creative office space, restaurants, and a landmark hotel and plaza at the corner of Hollywood & Vine.
