Suisman Urban Design has prepared site planning and architectural concepts for a proposed mixed used "Eco-Center" in central Los Angeles. The center embodies many of today's best sustainable "green design" practices. The design supports mass transit with a new public plaza linked to the Wilshire Metro Rapid bus station. New retail serves transit riders and residents. An existing building is renovated, and a new retail structure incorporates solar panels and a menu of sustainable building materials.
